Free standard US shipping on orders over $50

We currently ship within the United States only. Standard US shipping is free on orders over $50. Shipping charges for smaller orders are shown at checkout. Express shipping is not offered.

Processing and tracking

In-stock orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Carrier transit time is additional and varies by destination.

Payment is due at checkout. We send tracking information when your order ships. Tracking can take time to update after handoff to the carrier.

To request cancellation before shipment, email support@glycofox.com with your order number. Orders placed under a previous preorder plan keep the payment and shipping terms accepted when the order was placed.
